IMAQ Resources, LLC (IMAQ) is a wholly owned subsidiary of KOMAN Holdings owned by Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK). IMAQ is an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned business certified under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program.

IMAQ helps agencies meet efficiency and streamlining mandates of recent Executive Orders. By utilizing existing authorities such as the ANC 8(a) Sole-Source process (FAR 19.800), Contracting Officers can expedite acquisitions in support of efficiency-focused Executive Orders throughout the DoD and civilian agencies.
