When admitted to the 8(a) program, KIMS will help agencies meet efficiency and streamlining mandates of recent Executive Orders.
By utilizing existing authorities such as the ANC 8(a) Sole-Source process (FAR 19.800), Contracting Officers can expedite acquisitions in support of efficiency-focused Executive Orders throughout the DoD and civilian agencies.
